Ted Nugent has made some outrageous statements in the past, but this time he may have finally gone over the line.

During an interview at a National Rifle Association convention, he raged: “We’ve got four Supreme Court justices who don’t believe in the Constitution. Does everybody here know that four of the Supreme Court justices not only determined you don’t have the right to keep and bear arms, four Supreme Court justices signed their name to a declaration that Americans have no fundamental right to self-defense? That sounds like a stoned hippie. That doesn’t sound like a Supreme Court anything.”

He then went on to say something more disturbing: “If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will be either be dead or in jail by this time next year. We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November.

“It’s good people who bent over and let the enemy in. If the coyote’s in your living room pissing on your couch, it’s not the coyote’s fault. It’s your fault for not shooting him.”

He also called Obama and Hillary Clinton “criminals”.

Nugent has lots of form threatening the Democratic leaders. He has appeared on stage brandishing machine guns and saying: “Hey Obama, you might want to suck on one of these, you punk” and “Hey Hillary, you might wanna ride one of these into the sunset, you worthless bitch.”

According to the Canadian Press, the U.S. Secret Service is aware of the comments and is investigating them.

It is against the law in the U.S. to make threatening remarks against the president.
