Invincia Deliver Twin Blows Of Melodic Metal Power With New Singles

Rising from the Nordic crucible of Vaasa, Finland, Melodic Heavy Metal outfit Invincia have erupted onto the scene with a two-fisted declaration of intent. Their debut single, The Enemy Within, dropped earlier this year with a cinematic music video that melds melodic power and introspective fire.

Now, not even a month later, the band has doubled down with Act Of Insurrection, a ferocious follow-up wrapped in a rebellious lyric video that pulses with classic Metal adrenaline.

Both tracks are taken from their upcoming EP The Enemy Within, set for release on 6 June 6 2025

The Enemy Within – Confronting The Shadows

Crafted with haunting atmosphere and punishing riffs, The Enemy Within is more than just an opening salvo. Mixed and mastered by renowned producer Erik Mårtensson (Eclipse) at Mass Destruction Production, the track balances grit and melody, echoing the emotional weight of Dio and the grandeur of Helloween.

Guitarist and band founder Joel Karlsson describes it as “a dark, powerful Metal song about confronting your inner self and not giving in to fear.”

Accompanying the track is a music video that visually captures its brooding themes and energetic spirit, anchoring Invincia’s aesthetic in the shadows of psychological warfare and personal reckoning.

Act Of Insurrection – A Battle Cry Reborn

Where The Enemy Within is introspective and cinematic, Act Of Insurrection is an open-throated scream for rebellion. Marrying the galloping charge of Iron Maiden with the searing force of Judas Priest, this track captures the old-school fire while blazing forward with modern precision.

It’s no surprise that Act of Insurrection arrives with a lyric video—words matter here. Invincia are clearly writing not just for the riffheads but for those who live by the sword of meaning, standing tall with fists raised against complacency.

Invincia – The Rising Force

Behind Invincia’s storm are:

  • Kenneth Nylund – Lead Vocals
  • Joel Karlsson – Guitar
  • Alexander Södergård – Guitar
  • Jonas Öman – Bass
  • Mikael Ahlholm – Drums

With two tracks unleashed and an EP on the horizon, Invincia are rapidly proving themselves as a band with both sonic brawn and emotional intelligence—one that doesn’t just imitate the greats but channels their essence through a distinctly Finnish lens of melodic might and Heavy Metal conviction.
