Download Festival 2023 / Disturbed are Unstoppable on Saturday

Download Festival 2023 – Saturday. There were no words to describe Disturbed other than just…well quite frankly, there are none! Their edition of Sound Of Silence, along with complementary violins and percussions, brought tears to the eyes of the hardiest of Viking-clad headbangers whilst Down With The Sickness, of course, sent the crowds into fits of rock-out mania.

The guys have never lost it, and I don’t think they ever will. Though I am a believer in not recording shows on a phone to get the full in-the-moment experience, I had to take at least one short snap to show the rows upon rows upon rows of the thousands of happy punters in front of the Apex stage.

Just substantially huge. Disturbed announced their latest single, Unstoppable, demanding to see everyone’s horns up to the sky and their prayers were unquestionably answered.

Every head slamming the air, every inch of that Disturbed vivacity brought to Donington Park.
