Ricky Warwick / New solo album announced with May 2021 UK Tour dates

Black Star Riders and The Almighty frontman Ricky Warwick will release his latest solo album ‘When Life Was Hard And Fast’ 19 February 2021, via Nuclear Blast. It is his first studio album in five years.

With his band The Fighting Hearts, you can see him on the road in the UK this April/May, COVID-19 permitting.

The new single ‘You Don’t Love Me’, which can be heard below, features Thunder’s Luke Morley.

Luke told MetalTalk: “When Ricky asked me to play on ‘You Don’t Love Me’ I was only too happy to oblige!

“We’ve known each other for 30 years and it was a pleasure to play on such a fine tune by an old mate and fellow Rock ’n Roll survivor.”

Of the new track, Ricky told us: “‘When the flavour of the month starts to leave a bitter taste’. Luke Morley from Thunder demonstrating why the invention of the electric guitar was the turning point in the history of western civilization!!!”
