Bloodstock has added 18 more bands to its 2027 lineup, with Carnifex, Make Them Suffer, The Acacia Strain and DVNE among the latest names confirmed for Catton Park. The festival has also announced that Orbit Culture’s complete 2026 Bloodstock set will premiere on its official YouTube channel at 6pm on Friday 11 September 2026.
Four New Bands For The Ronnie James Dio Stage
Edinburgh progressive post Metal band DVNE will play the Ronnie James Dio stage on Friday. Formed more than a decade ago, the group have built their reputation through an increasingly ambitious run of records.
Saturday’s additions are Australian Metalcore favourites Make Them Suffer and Scottish veterans Dog Tired. Make Them Suffer combine synths, screams and orchestral elements, while the riff-driven Dog Tired have spent more than 20 years establishing themselves in Scotland’s underground Metal scene.
Deathcore mainstays Carnifex will join the Sunday bill.
Fourteen Bands Join The Sophie Lancaster Stage
Thursday’s Sophie Lancaster stage lineup gains London desert rockers Steak, Leeds sci-fi thrash band Cryptic Shift and genre-crossing London trio Calva Louise.
Steak bring a brooding, hook-laden take on stoner rock, while Cryptic Shift pair technical thrash and death Metal with concept-album storytelling. Calva Louise draw on alternative rock, electronics and a multicultural, multilingual identity.
On Friday, Slough band Divine Chaos will bring their blend of thrash and melodic death Metal. They will be joined by London hardcore crew False Reality and Northern Irish thrash veterans Gama Bomb, whose catalogue has long drawn inspiration from horror films and pulp science fiction.
Saturday adds five bands to the Sophie Lancaster stage. Brighton trio Eville mix nu-Metal revivalism with modern pop, while Ukrainian Metalcore band Space Of Variations return with a sound that has twice been named their country’s best. Finnish group Luna Kills combine alternative and nu-Metal with electronics influenced by video game soundtracks.
Transatlantic supergroup Spitting Glass are also confirmed after selling out London’s Underworld and appearing in the Dogtooth tent at Download. Atlanta deathcore outfit Left To Suffer complete Saturday’s new additions.
Sunday will feature Cypriot thrash and death Metal band Blynd, Norwegian black and Viking Metal group Uburen, and US genre-blurrers The Acacia Strain, whose sound moves through Metal, hardcore, doom and sludge.
Orbit Culture And Slaughter To Prevail Sets Online
Orbit Culture’s full 2026 Bloodstock performance will premiere on the festival’s official YouTube channel at 6pm on Friday 11 September. The complete 2026 headline set from Slaughter To Prevail is already available, with further performances due to be added regularly.
Bloodstock 2027 Tickets And Lineup
Standard weekend tickets cost £235 plus booking fee. Wednesday early access is available for selected campsites, alongside child tickets and a limited number of VIP packages. Children under four can attend free. Big Green Coach packages are also on sale, while the instalment scheme, early-bird tickets and campervan tickets have sold out. The Ronnie James Dio stage headliners are Mercyful Fate, Electric Callboy and Motionless In White. Madball, Gaerea, Kanonenfieber and Dethklok will headline the Sophie Lancaster stage.
