Nightwish, who recently announced the release of their ninth album ‘HUMAN. :II: NATURE.’, have today announced a partnership with the international conservation charity organisation World Land Trust.

The World Land Trust pioneered the ‘Buy An Acre’ land concept in 1989 and since then have been instrumental in the purchase and protection of more than 770,000 acres of tropical forest and other threatened habitats. They are also involved in ensuring that more than four million acres of land is managed under active protection worldwide.

Featuring the Nightwish track ‘Ad Astra’, the World Land Trust video below gives more information of their activities.
