Greek Dlackened‑Death pioneers Nightfall have released an in‑studio video for The Traders Of Anathema, a climactic hymn to Judas Iscariot from their recent album Children Of Eve. Produced at Devasoundz Studios in Athens by Efthimis Karadimas and Fotis Benardo, and mixed/mastered by Jacob Hansen, the track’s blazing riffs and towering chorus were made for the stage.
The video lands as Nightfall prepare to hit Europe for the first time in two decades alongside Possessed, Terrorizer, Massacre and Ater, with a special appearance at Eindhoven Metal Meeting. Dates include Warsaw, Copenhagen, Gothenburg (The Abyss Fest), Vienna, Paris and more across November–December 2025.
Frontman Efthimis Karadimas frames the band’s return as a statement of resilience after battles with depression, tying into Nightfall’s Metal Music Against Depression (MMaD) initiative.
“Hello people of darkness,” Karadimas says. “The time has come for us to hit the road across Europe. After a very long introverted period where we kept the band away from touring activity, we finally set to rise again.
“From the ashes of depression, the battles with inner demons and all those endless nights in despair, we managed to grow up stronger and motivated. This is by far the best line-up, the loudest and the most precise. I can’t wait to sing about pain and darkness in front of you. Embrace darkness, you children of Eve.”
