Exclusive / Classless Act debut acoustic version of Time To Bleed

Classless Act, who have totally cemented their status as rock music’s most exciting debut of 2022, have this morning released the acoustic version of Time To Bleed exclusively at MetalTalk.

The song is taken from their epic debut album Welcome To The Show, which the LA five-piece released via Better Noise Music on 24 June and immediately racked up 2 million streams.

This classy acoustic version of Time To Bleed was recorded live, with no overdubs, at Sunset Sound and mixed by Franco Gravante. A classic track for sure, the epic performance imbues you with the beautiful energy you felt when watching that Kiss MTV Unplugged set for the first time.

“2022 has been a year of a hundred shows,” frontman Derek Day told MetalTalk, “cranked up and running around stages in clubs, theatres and stadiums. We wanted to show you that we’re more than just that. We can also do weddings and bar mitzvahs.”

The track is one of five that Day, along with Dane Pieper (guitar), Griffin Tucker (guitar), Franco Gravante (bass), and Chuck McKissock (drums), performed to be released as Welcome To The Acoustic Show on 16 December 2022.

“Every song on the album pretty much started out this way,” Derek Day said. “We thought it would be cool for you to hear where we started. And we decided if we were going to do this, it needs to be LIVE; no fucking around.”

Classless Act

In December, Classless Act will head out on the road again, combining headline shows and also dates as guests to Billboard chart-toppers Giovannie & The Hired Guns. Tickets are available from https://classlessact.com

This will close what has been an epic start for the band, who appeared on The Stadium Tour with Mötley CrĂĽe, Def Leppard and Joan Jett and Motley Crue, as well as playing Aftershock, the West Coast’s Biggest Rock Festival, where they shared the bill with Muse, Bring Me The Horizon and The Struts.

During The Stadium Tour, Classless Act bassist Franco Gravante was presented with a new pair of biker boots by Mötley CrĂĽe’s Tommy Lee, Nikki Sixx and Mick Mars after glue failure due to the heat in St. Louis, rendered his existing pair requiring extensive gaffer tape repair.
