David Ellefson is launching his Bass Chronicles storyteller concert series, with four shows lined up across the eastern Midwest USA. The event includes a chronological live set, with songs from the legendary bass players career and includes some deep cuts.
David told MetalTalk: “I am excited to head out and hit the stage again. We are preparing a special list of songs, including some rarities which have never been performed live.
“People are excited about live shows again, so we are approaching these events like a traveling pop-up experience where you can catch a show, see a flick, buy some merch and even break bread with the band at the VIP dinners.
“So, get ready for a full night out!”
VIP diner packages are available at each show, with copies of David’s new book ‘Rock Star Hitman’ and other merchandise available. There will also be a behind the scenes film and teaser of the upcoming film ‘Dwellers’.
Joining Ellefson on stage are Andre Vanchot (Eddie Ojeda Band) on vocals, drummer Christian “Opus” Lawrence (Dead By Wednesday) and guitarists Dave Sharpe (Dead By Wednesday) and Drew Fortier (Bang Tango).
Fortier also co-wrote the ‘Rock Star Hitman’ book with Ellefson and was also heavily involved with ‘Dwellers’, which you can read about here.
