Suzi Quatro has released her brand-new single Freedom and announced the upcoming studio album of the same name, due on 27 March 2026. The single is out now, released via Chrysalis Records Limited and a UK tour is set for April.
Quatro says the album theme is about stripping things back to what matters. “It’s all about getting back to who you are,” she says. “Being comfortable in your own skin, having nothing to prove to anyone, and not accepting any BS! This is the journey this album takes you on… Choose yourself… and finally FREEDOM.”
Freedom is the third album created with her son L.R. Tuckey (producer, co-writer and guitarist), and it also features a guest appearance from fellow Detroit icon Alice Cooper on a rocking take of the MC5 classic Kick Out The Jams. The record was produced by L.R. Tuckey and mastered by Christian Wright at Abbey Road Studios.
