Additional acts are yet to be revealed, building anticipation for what promises to be one of the most electrifying shows of the summer. Tickets for this unmissable event go on sale at 10 AM on Friday, 14 February 2025, via Ticketmaster UK.
Smashing Pumpkins also play two dates in Yorkshire at The Piece Hall, Halifax on 12 August 2025 and Scarborough Open Air Theatre on 13 August 2025. The band play the Colchester Castle Summer Series on 14 August 2025.
With over 30 million albums sold worldwide, Smashing Pumpkins have cemented themselves as one of the most influential bands in rock history. Their discography includes classic albums like Siamese Dream (1993), the diamond-certified Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness (1995), and the genre-blending Adore (1998).
In recent years, the band has continued to push boundaries with albums like CYR (2020) and ATUM (2023)—a conceptual sequel to Mellon Collie and Machina. Now, with their 2024 album Aghori Mhori Mei, Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin, and James Iha return to the raw, guitar-driven sound that defined their early years. Fans can expect an explosive setlist when they take the stage in London.
Skunk Anansie, known for their politically charged lyrics and fierce live performances, will add a powerful edge to the evening. With hits like Weak and Hedonism, frontwoman Skin has led the band to global success since their 1994 debut. Their latest single, An Artist Is An Artist, showcases their signature energy and sharp social commentary, making them the perfect addition to the lineup.
Joining them are White Lies, the British indie rockers whose debut album To Lose My Life (2009) shot straight to No.1 on the UK charts. Over the years, they have crafted a reputation for atmospheric, synth-infused rock anthems that resonate with audiences worldwide.
Gunnersbury Park has emerged as one of the capital’s go-to outdoor venues, hosting some of the biggest names in music. This summer, it will welcome a diverse array of artists, including Khruangbin, The Libertines, PAWSA, and Martin Garrix. The 2024 season saw standout performances from KoRn, PJ Harvey, Peggy Gou, and Tom Grennan, further cementing the venue’s reputation for world-class live events.
More details will be revealed soon.
