Marillion / Nine-date September UK Tour announced

Marillion play a nine-date UK tour in September 2022 in support of their recently released album, An Hour Before It’s Dark.

“We are once again looking forward to our shows in September in conjunction with Kilimanjaro,” the bands said, “and we can’t wait to get out there and play the new album to the fans.”

An Hour Before It’s Dark finds the band once again with their finger on the pulse of time. “Despite the seemingly bleak contemplations across this album – the virus, our mortality, medical science, care, AND Leonard Cohen [ha, ha],” h says, “the overall feeling of the music is surprisingly upbeat. I think the band are as on form as they ever were really, and the addition of Choir Noir has added another new soul and colour to things.”

Tickets will be on sale from 10 am on Friday 11 March, available from www.myticket.co.uk and local venue box offices.
