The internationally renowned M3 Rock Festival is gearing up for its 13th edition over the weekend of the 6-8 May 2022, with highlights including Yngwie Malmsteen and the Merriweather Post Pavillion debut of rock legends Blue Öyster Cult.
The kick-off party, Friday 6 May 2022, features local heroes Kix, alongside Doro, Lizzy Borden and Count’s 77. Saturday 7 May will include performances from Tom Keifer, Extreme, Blue Öyster Cult, Stephen Pearcy, Tony Harnell, the voice of TNT, Heaven’s Edge and Vain.
Sunday 8 May has Tesla, Skid Row, Stryper, Yngwie Malmsteen, Zebra, The Quireboys, Leatherwolf and Burning Witches treading the boards.
Three-day and VIP packages go on sale Friday, 17 December 2021, at 10 am EST. Tickets are available from TicketMaster.com and from the Merriweather Post Pavilion, 9:30 Club, The Anthem and Lincoln Theatre, during normal box office hours.
For more than ten years, the M3 festival has been building to become an internationally recognised ’80s arena rock experience, drawing fans from six continents, 20 countries and every state in the USA.
