UFO / Two intimate shows kick off bands final 25 dates

8 September 2021

Legendary rock band UFO has announced their summer 2022 farewell shows, and some mouthwatering highlights are planned.

“After so many years with countless highlights, fantastic experiences and lots of beautiful memories – as well as some difficult moments, naturally – it’ll be a worthy finale to say goodbye to our fans in person,” Phil Mogg told MetalTalk. “I know that there are bound to be some very emotional moments on both sides.”

The first show at the Beatbox in Hannover will be a public rehearsal limited to 80 tickets. The second Beatbox show is a private open-air concert for 300 fans where the tour setlist will be presented, and the band promise close contact with their fans. Tickets will be available at Eventim from 1 October 2021.

The final evening of their 25 date farewell tour will find the band playing their very last concert in Athens, Greece, where UFO performed their first show featuring Vinnie Moore in February 2004.
