Tony Moore / The Awake Headline Tour Returns To The UK

January 2025 will see the return of Tony Moore, the London-based musician and performer, as he kicks off his second UK headline Winter tour with his critically acclaimed one-man show Awake. This unique production has captivated audiences worldwide, and Moore is set to bring the experience to some of the most special and intimate venues across the UK.

This time last year, Tony was ready to go on tour with Steve Harris and British Lion in something that Tony told us would be life-changing. This has proved to be quite correct, and Tony is ready to hit the road again.

Moore would then go on to bring Awake to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, USA, Mexico and South America as 2024 progressed as support to British Lion.

“This will be my second UK headline tour,” he told us. “I am excited to perform Awake at some very special and significant venues around the country.”

The Awake Tour kicks off tonight in Romford. Tickets are available from bnds.us/m7uwuv. You can find out more about Tony and Awake here. Awake is available from BandCamp.

“I’ve done Awake pretty much solidly in London for over two years now,” Tony Moore told MetalTalk Editor Steve Ritchie in an earlier MTTV interview. “That was partly just being practical, and partly about just building the awareness of what I’m doing. To do that, I’ve played it every single month.

“That’s allowed me to fine-tune things and to introduce new people to it. So, I’ve got thousands of people now who have seen the show over the years. I’ve done a few sporadic gigs outside of London, but not as a tour. So it just seems to me that, as I’m gonna be doing this amazing tour with British Lion, there are a lot of people that are going to see what I do.

“It seems sensible to try and put together a tour around the UK, so people who saw what I did and liked it could see the whole show.”
