Back in the UK for the first time since 2019, Chicago heavyweights SOiL will play a nine-date UK Tour in November 2024. SOiL will perform an “All Scars” set. (hed) p.e. , NonPoint and The Union Underground join as support.
SOiL’s breakthrough came with their 2001 album Scars, which perfectly captured the angst and the spirit of the era. The album was initially propelled by the hit single Halo, which became a staple on rock radio stations and garnered a significant following for the band.
“This will be an epic return to the UK for us,” SOiL guitarist Adam Zadel told us. “The album Scars was an instant hit in the UK and has maintained its status for over 20 years. It’s going to be exciting to play an exclusive set for the UK fans.”
Scars demonstrated SOiL’s talent for blending elements of hard rock and Heavy Metal with a touch of grunge, which helped them stand out at a time when the music landscape was incredibly diverse.
“To share this Scars-only event with our wonderful UK fans is going to be super exciting,” SOiL bassist Tim King said. “On top of that, to also be alongside all our dear friends in (hed) p.e., Nonpoint, and The Union Underground is going to make this a tour to remember for many years to come”.
The set will include live staples such as Unreal and Breaking Me Down, but fans will delight in the deep cuts such as Two Skins and Understanding Me. This tour marks the first time since the release of the album Scars that SOIL has played an “All Scars” set.
