Sammy Hagar will return to the UK for his first tour since 1996 when he brings his star-laden Best Of All Worlds Band across the pond in July 2026. Hagar will be joined by guitarist Joe Satriani, fellow Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and longtime Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony, and powerhouse drummer Kenny Aronoff.
Having released the live album The Residency this month, which features music of Van Halen, Montrose and his solo material, Hagar says he is looking forward to decamping the band from the neon streets of Las Vegas to Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London.
“I can’t wait to cross the Atlantic with the Best Of All Worlds Band,” said Sammy Hagar. “Fans in the UK and Europe have waited a long time, and so have I.”
This will be the first time Sammy Hagar has performed Van Halen classics in the UK since the band’s iconic Wembley Stadium shows 30 years ago.
Joining them on the tour will be the iconic Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, with her first UK live shows in 15 years. Joan Jett is known as the Godmother of Punk, starting her music career in 1975 with The Runaways.
Opening the shows will be rising stars Jayler, who will bring their punchy riffs, big choruses, and high-energy live shows.
MetalTalk declared that, in the flesh, The Residency must have been one hell of a night. There are no brakes. As soon as you digest one classic, another one is rammed right in your face.
Now, fans in the UK can experience it firsthand, and these shows are guaranteed to be a wonderful celebration of timeless rock music.
