Papa Roach have released their new song, Even If It Kills Me. A welcome return to the band’s alternative hard-rock roots, the song had its live debut last night in the sold-out show at Huxleys Neue Welt, Berlin.
The show marked the beginning of the Rise of the Roach arena tour, covering Europe, the UK, and North America across multiple legs. Fans can expect their biggest production yet, along with deep dives into their extensive catalogue, including a celebration of the 25th anniversary of their landmark album Infest.
Special Guests for the global tour include Wage War in the EU and UK and Rise Against and Underoath in the US.
There are a few tickets left for the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool show, with Nottingham and London already sold out. The remaining tickets are available from here.
A Year of Milestones
2025 is proving to be a monumental year for Papa Roach. Alongside the release of Even If It Kills Me, the band continues to ride the success of their chart-topping collaboration with Carrie Underwood, Leave A Light On (Talk Away The Dark), which has accumulated nearly 200 million streams.
“We were humbled that Carrie was open to our mission,” frontman Jacoby Shaddix said on its release, “and hearing the power of Carrie’s voice in that recording session, we were blown away. Not only is her vocal ability unequalled, but the impact of her voice brings a new meaning to our cause and will help people all over the globe. It’s an honour to have a Rock star bring life to this track with us.”
Leave A Light On was released alongside partner organisation, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), who will receive royalties generated from both artists from the song in perpetuity. The release will also raise awareness for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States and Canada.
The song recently earned a Clio Music Award for Social Good, highlighting their enduring dedication to mental health awareness—a cause that has defined their music since the release of the timeless Last Resort.
