Manchester’s three-day death/grind gathering Offal Fest will return to The Bread Shed from 24 to 26 July 2026, serving up a monstrous bill of gore, grind, slam and brutal death Metal topped by UK-exclusive sets from Devourment and Regurgitation.
Brutal slamming death Metal pioneers Devourment have been locked in to headline the Saturday night with a UK-exclusive appearance, while Ohio brutal death Metal powerhouse Regurgitation will make their first-ever UK show as Sunday headliners. New York legends Immortal Suffering also join the line-up for an exclusive UK performance after flattening audiences earlier this year.
True to form, Offal Fest continues to champion the most extreme sounds from across the globe. Fresh additions to the international bill include Italian units Unbirth and Inverecund, Japan’s Butcher ABC, Korean crushers Fecundation, Denmark’s Guttural Slug, French brutalists Darkall Slaves and Swiss slammers Kakothanasy, with many of those performances billed as UK exclusives.
The home front is just as stacked, with wobble-box superstars Crepitation set to headline the pre-show and Irish outfits Strangle Wire and one-man gorenoise chaos Lymphoeadema flying the flag for their scene.
UK brutality is further represented by Ovulating Cadaver, Repulsed, Dissolving Entity and a devastating run of previously announced acts including Scottish brutal death Metal band Laceration, London wrecking crew Twitch Of The Death Nerve, Czech heavyweights Epicardiectomy, Greek three-piece Embryectomy, Glaswegian five-piece Scordatura, veteran US bruisers Lividity, the long-awaited reunion of Infected Disarray, Manchester newcomers Disgracing and local brutal death Metal squad Coprocephalic Mutation.
Rancid Offal Promotions, the team behind Goremageddon and Offal Fest, say they knew they had to go even bigger after this year’s sold-out edition, which featured Foetal Juice, 357 Homicide, UK-exclusive sets from Skinless and Begging For Incest, co-headlining appearances by Defeated Sanity and Wormed and rare performances from Imperious Mortality, Plasma, Cerebral Effusion and 55Gore.
“We have managed to pull in extreme talent from all over the world – Japan, Korea, Europe – alongside the best of the UK, Irish and local scenes,” they explain. “Get ready for three days of utter brutality next year in the new home of extreme Metal; Manchester!”
