Kris Barras Band have announced their new album Monsters We Made, set for release on August 14, 2026 via Earache Records. Alongside the announcement, the band have shared the video for their latest single Riot Of One, a track driven by defiance, resilience and arena-sized ambition.
Blending hard rock and modern Metal influences, the album marks a bold evolution in the band’s sound, featuring big riffs, powerful vocals and anthemic choruses, and, following the lead single All Falls Down, the new track Riot Of One, is a mouthwatering promise of more to come.
“Obviously, I have leaned fully into the fighting theme with this one,” Kris Barras said, “with the video shot in an MMA cage. However, the song is about more than that. It’s about feeling like it’s you against the world and saying ‘bring it on’.
When life isn’t going your way, and it feels like everyone and everything is pushing you down, it’s about standing up and fighting back.”
The foundations for Riot Of One began with a riff and musical idea from Josiah Manning. “He sent it over to me with the directions, ‘turn this into a big singalong,” Kris said. “It actually took quite a while to come to life. Then one day, whilst driving down to his studio, I came up with the chorus idea, pulled over and recorded a voice note so I wouldn’t forget it.”
Following the success of Halo Effect, which topped the UK Rock and Metal charts, the new record aims to unite long-time fans with a fresh audience.

Frontman Kris Barras describes the album as a statement of identity and strength, shaped by personal loss and creative growth. The new album feels like a genuine arrival moment for a group with a long and important career still ahead of them.
