HERETIC FEST ANNOUNCED FOR JULY 2020

The inaugural Heretic Fest has today been announced for 4 July 2020, with Inglorious filling the headline slot.

To be held at The Corporation, in Sheffield, this years event sees eleven bands coming together to showcase some of the brightest young talents on the UK rock scene.

Nathan James, vocalist of Inglorious tells us: “We cannot wait to play Heretic Fest. Such a good venue in a fantastic city. We are even thinking about trying out a new song or 2 from our upcoming album…at these times it’s important to have something to look forward to and Heretic Fest will be our first UK appearance after lockdown. See you there. x”

Doors will open at 12 noon and restricted to age 14+, with tickets costing £20.

Of the lineup, the sounds might be diverse but all are based in rock.

From CPSD’s electronic alt rock (“I love this band. Powerful, soulful songs delivered with joy and blistering commitment.” – Maxi Jazz, Faithless) to the QOTSA meets Blink 182 sound of Dig Lazarus (who have supported the likes of Idlewild, Crobot and Massive Wagons), and the riff heavy groove of Raveneye (whose “Hero” video has had over 150k view on youtube) through to the dixie punk of The Dukes Of Bordello.

Heretic has a flavour for everyone.
