Award-winning 2000trees Festival has shared a jaw-dropping list of over 45 new acts for its 2025 edition. This marks it as an exciting Metal-leaning alternative weekend this summer.
Following October’s reveal of five main stage headliners—Alexisonfire, Kneecap, PVRIS, Coheed And Cambria, and Taking Back Sunday—the latest announcement adds firepower from across the punk, rock, and Metal spectrum.
Among the biggest names newly added are Scottish alt-rock power duo Vukovi, who have become part of the festival’s DNA, graduating from its smallest stage to third-from-top billing on the main stage. Irish garage punks Sprints are also on the rise, now headlining the second stage just two years after appearing on one of the smallest.
“It’s been two years since we last played 2000trees,” Vukovi’s Janine said, “and to play a prime spot on the main stage feels so right to us. Best festival, sound people and passionate fans.”
Also joining the fray are post-hardcore cult heroes Future Of The Left, high-voltage Birmingham punks Big Special, noise-laced dance-rockers SNAYX, and the always-electrifying Blood Command, who fuse Metal with pop theatrics in their signature style.
Main Stage Muscle Meets Underground Grit
2000trees isn’t just throwing big names on the bill, it is carefully curating a line-up with depth and discovery. New acts such as Vower, Meryl Streek, Unpeople, Panic Shack, Witch Fever, and Baby Lasagna bring the raw edge the festival is famed for.
“This is one of the few places you can see not only some of the most exciting names and absolute legends of the scene but also an undercard rammed with your new favourite bands,” Festival booker James Scarlett said.
A Day-by-Day Breakdown to Feast On
- Wednesday (Warm-Up Night): Kid Kapichi (with a second set), Panic Shack, The Meffs, Blood Command, Unpeople, Vower, Meryl Streek, Haggard Cat, and more.
- Thursday: Kneecap and PVRIS co-headline, with support from Big Special, SNAYX, Baby Lasagna, DZ Deathrays, Deathbyromy, Meryl Streek, and others.
- Friday: Taking Back Sunday and Coheed and Cambria headline alongside Fidlar, Bambie Thug, Heriot, Graphic Nature, Delta Sleep, and more.
- Saturday (Grand Finale): Alexisonfire headlines a stacked day with Vukovi, Sprints, Imminence, La Dispute, Future of the Left, and Employed to Serve.
