UROCK have joined forces with Deep Purple legend Ian Gillan on their brand new single, The Line, a hard-hitting rock anthem powered by big riffs, fiery vocals and that timeless rock ‘n’ roll spirit.
Described as a track that challenges conformity, The Line urges listeners to step out of the crowd and live boldly. Gillan called the song “fantastic” and encouraged rock fans to get involved, while UROCK’s Umberto said Gillan contributed melodies, harmonies and arrangements, effectively co-writing the piece.
There is also a fan-led push to take the track into the festive charts, with campaigner Jon Morter and online supporters aiming to unite generations of rock lovers around the song.
The Line is available now on major streaming platforms, and it serves as the opening salvo for UROCK’s forthcoming album The Line, due in early 2026. The album is set to feature an eye-catching roster of collaborators, including Alan Parsons, producer Jack Endino and guest guitarist Alastair Greene.
If you like classic hard rock and Heavy Metal energy with a modern edge, this one is well worth a listen.
