Troy Redfern releases cinematic film for the track Ghosts

Troy Redfern, dubbed as Britain’s “King of Slide Guitar”, has released a video for the track Ghosts, which was made available last week to download for free from his website.

“To me, this song is part two to an old song of mine called The Line,” Troy told MetalTalk. “It’s the same woman in the narrative of that song. She’s escaped from a destructive, violent relationship and is riding into the sunset, never once looking back.

The track was written on Troy’s 1929 National Triolian Resonator, taken from his upcoming album The Fire Cosmic, which is due on 6 August 2021.

The song The Line is from Troy’s previous album, Dirt Blues Ritual.
