Static Dress, winners of the Best Breakthrough Live Act at last weekend’s Heavy Music Awards, have announced an eight-date Rouge Carpet Disaster UK tour. The band recently signed with the legendary Roadrunner Records.
The band recently released a brutal reworking of their track Courtney, Just Relax, featuring World Of Pleasure. This is the first piece released since signing with Roadrunner, with a Redux version of Rouge Carpet Disaster set for a September release.
The album spotlights an imagination-capturing sound that transcends emo, screamo, metal, pop, electronic, and so much more, making for one of the most ambitious statements made from within the rock format in decades.
The Redux version of their debut album has new artwork and four new Redux versions of singles, including Courtney, just relax [ft. World Of Pleasure], Attempt 8 [ft. Sophie Meiers], Di-sinTer (Glitter Redux), and such.a.shame (Smoking Lounge Redux).
Rouge Carpet Disaster (Redux) will be available in multiple vinyl variants, with each LP accompanied by an additional 7” vinyl featuring the four Redux tracks. For more details, visit https://staticdress.com.
This is the first Static Dress headline tour since the release of their critically acclaimed debut album. Special guests are to be announced soon. Tickets are available from Friday, 2 June from here.
