Royal Blood / To offer scholarship for Career Musician degree course

Brighton Alternative Rock duo Royal Blood have teamed up with ‘WaterBear – The College of Music’ in presenting a scholarship which will cover all tuition fees for one student thought their ‘BA (Hons) Career Musician’ course.

The BA (Hons) Career Musician degree is designed to give a perfect blend of artistic freedom alongside practical strategies to forge a music career.

The degree is built on three fundamental elements – music, career and projects. The course is fully accredited and approved by one of the UK’s leading specialist universities for the creative industries, Falmouth University.

Drummer  Ben Thatcher  and bassist/vocalist  Mike Kerr told MetalTalk: “We’re excited to team up with WaterBear for this scholarship and support an artist on their journey into a career in music. We look forward to meeting the other musicians studying at the college too.”

Details of how to apply for the scholarship and all Ts and Cs can be found at the WaterBear website.
