Ricky Warwick has released Last Chance To Dance, the latest single from his new solo album, Fire & Vengeance, out on 4 September 2026 through Earache Records. The Thin Lizzy-inspired anthem finds Warwick channelling the musical and lyrical spirit of Phil Lynott.
“Last Chance To Dance is about knowing the clock is ticking and choosing to turn the music up instead of quietly heading for the door,” Warwick said. “It’s about scars, second chances and squeezing every last drop out of the night. If this is the last chance to dance, then we’re gonna make damn sure it counts.”
The single follows Seek Zen Destroy, featuring Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen on guitar and backing vocals, and the album’s title track.
Driven by raw guitars, defiant energy and Warwick’s unmistakable voice, Fire & Vengeance explores resilience, rebellion and connection. Guest musicians include Collen, Doug Aldrich of Whitesnake and The Dead Daisies, Blackberry Smoke’s Charlie Starr and The High Kings’ Darren Holden.
“I wanted to make an album that captures everything I love about rock ‘n’ roll,” Ricky Warwick said, “Its power to bring people together, to make us dance and connect with one another, even in a world that often feels consumed by fire and vengeance. At its core, this record is about finding hope and unity in the chaos.”
The ten-song album arrives 18 months after Blood Ties, which reached Number 25 in the UK albums chart. Warwick said its direct energy came from working quickly. “I’m not one of those guys who needs to disappear into a cabin in the mountains with all this fancy gear. All I need is a room and a guitar, and the ideas come. It’s a working-class thing, something I had instilled in me when I was a kid.”
Warwick will celebrate the release with nine UK in-store appearances in September, followed by a UK and Ireland headline tour in November.
