Sweden’s masters of Melancholic Metal, Katatonia, are set to return to the UK this December for four exclusive live shows. Riding high on the release of their 13th studio album, Nightmares As Extensions Of The Waking State, the band brings their haunting, elegant soundscapes back to British stages, promising emotionally immersive performances that span their expansive career.

The December tour marks the first UK appearance since the departure of longtime guitarist Anders Nyström. Despite the lineup shift, frontman Jonas Renkse continues to lead with his signature gloom-laced vocals, supported by a revitalized band that blends doom-laden riffs with post-Metal atmospheres—elements that shine powerfully on their latest release.
