Fresh from releasing his new solo album, Lost At Sea, Foo Fighters guitarist Chris Shiflett has announced a UK Tour for March 2024. The much-anticipated six-date tour culminates with a show at London’s Electric Ballroom on 27 March.
“I can’t wait to get back over to the UK and Ireland for another run of dates,” Chris told us. “The tour we did last spring was amazing, the best we’ve ever done. The crowds were wild, so I can’t wait to see what it’ll be like touring now that the record is out. We’ll definitely mix in a few more new tunes in addition to the older stuff.”
MetalTalk declared that Lost At Sea is a stylish and buoyant release that puts him again firmly in the spotlight. Tapping into his love of Country and Punk, the ten tracks here capture all the spirit of the pulsating performances witnessed on his UK tour earlier this year and add just the right level of polish to make everything sing.
Whilst Foo Fighters might absorb most of Shiflett’s energies, any time spent doing his own material is always a treat to hear, and Lost At Sea is his finest yet.
No stranger to rocking out in massive arenas around the world, Shiflett’s last tour across the UK was a resounding success. His shift to more intimate venues was seamless, and the result was nothing short of magical. It’s a testament to his remarkable skill set, showcasing that being an exceptional frontman is just one more feather in his already impressive cap.
Tickets are on sale from Friday, 27 October at 10 am and will be available from here.
