Sean Titley

WRITER
Sean Titley is a music lover with a passion for all things rock and Metal, particularly Thrash. Sean started on a diet of Pink Floyd, Madness and Adam Ant, followed by a short-lived drift to Top Of The Pops culture. At fourteen, over a darts game, a friend introduced him to Master Of Puppets, which led to the quickest conversion from Madonna to Metallica in history.

Having failed to hire a hearse to go to his first Slayer gig, due to the age of his friends and the lack of shared enthusiasm of parents to indulge his plan, Sean has made many of his Metal dreams into reality.

Sean has been to gigs worldwide and festivals European wide, seeing all the Big Four multiple times and still plagues the pit with Dad moshing to this day.

Aiming to hit the one hundred countries visited mark, Sean is well-travelled, with his most infamous antic unwittingly riding across Mongolia dressed as a woman. He ran the London marathon in 2025, raising a significant sum for cancer research, and is involved in other charitable endeavours.

Relatively new to music journalism, Sean hopes to put something back into the Heavy Metal community through his involvement with Metaltalk, in the way the community has given so much to him.
