German Power Metal veterans Primal Fear will deliver their face-melting performances akin to Judas Priest, alongside The New Roses: Germany’s Princes of rock’ n’ roll, Enforcer, the Swedish Metal innovators celebrating 20 years of blistering Proto Thrash and Black Oak Country, the emerging Danish rockers who blend influences from five decades of heavy music.
New Talent and Surprises
The festival will kick off with an exciting performance from the winner of the Stonedead opening artist poll. This feature highlights the festival’s dedication to supporting new talent in the rock and metal scene.
Stonedead Festival 2024, held at Newark Showground, delivered a remarkable celebration of classic Heavy Metal, featuring standout performances from Saxon, KK’s Priest, and Doro. Despite initial weather challenges, the festival maintained its reputation for exceptional organization and a vibrant atmosphere.
The 2024 lineup showcased a diverse array of talent, including emerging bands like Tailgunner and established acts such as Ugly Kid Joe and Eclipse in what was a dynamic and memorable festival, reinforcing Stonedead’s status as a premier event for rock and Metal enthusiasts.
