Samantha Fish will bring her Bulletproof Headline Tour to the UK for ten shows in October 2024. Tickets go on general sale from 10 am on Friday and will be available from here.
We last saw Samantha Fish over in the UK in October 2023 on the Death Wish Blues UK Tour with Jesse Dayton. “Dayton’s experience and style, married to a superb band and sprinkled with the magic stardust of Samantha Fish, made for a great evening,” Ian Sutherland observed from the Glasgow shoe. “No death wish here, just some music to create a lust for more of the same.”

Fish has established herself as a formidable guitarist, singer, and songwriter, known for her powerful vocal delivery and virtuosic guitar skills.
But she never stands still, such that her tours change styles in whatever way her artistic muse takes her. We have seen her play with a horn section and with two keyboard players. You never quite know what will be next.
“I’m never going be a traditional blues artist,” Samantha says, “because that’s not who I am. But it’s all the blues for me. When Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf came out, what they were doing didn’t sound like anything that had been done in blues before.
“You’ve got to keep that kind of fire and spirit. I’m never going to do Muddy Waters better than Muddy Waters, so I try to be who I am, and in doing that, I find my best voice.”
