King Kraken / Berserker A Viking-Inspired Anthem Of Fury

Last week, King Kraken released their new single Berserker, an anthemic ode to Viking legends who fought in a trance of fury and invincibility to pain. The track is taken from their new album, March Of The Gods, set for release on 18 April 2025.

“Our latest single is a Viking massacre packed with hooks and melody,” the band told us. “The picturesque Norse imagery is prevalent throughout the track, evoking a foot-stomping assault on your senses, and as the second release from our forthcoming album March Of The Gods, this track shows that we mean business.

“Think of beer-swigging, fur-covered, horned brutes shouting Valhalla calls and you’re almost there.”

Berserker follows on from the earlier single Chainsaw Saviour, released in November. MetalTalk will have news about the new album soon, but we can share that this will show that King Kraken have made massive progress in the right direction.

For now, you have wait for the tour in April, or get yourself on Berserker right now. “Berserker marks a proud moment for us as a band,” King Kraken said. “It’s a stomper of a track that sets the stage for the next chapter in our journey, and we can’t wait to unleash it upon the world.”
