Hellfest 2023 – Sunday. What a way to kick start the last day of this momentous festival with Florence Black. Three guys from a beautiful little place called Wales in the UK. They had no problem filling out such a huge platform, showing just why they were here.
Florence Black absolutely rocked the Main Stage 01. With amazing support from the crowd, even our own photographer Georgia, who is a huge fan, had to get in the pits.
Welsh flags reigned supreme among the circle pits, along with a Scottish too, the British showing love and support for their own. No one was phased by the rain enjoying this set. With the fear of missing out, everyone stayed firmly where they were. Ending on their last song, Sun and Moon, this was a wonderful set, joyously received.
Lorna Shore
This is Lorna Shore’s very first Hellfest, and they blew the roof off of the packed-out Altar that spilt out into the field. Their Deathcore sound and infamous pig-squealing vocals were epic. They gave us a heavy hitting set with new and older numbers that fans thoroughly appreciated.
