Guilt Trip Prove British Hardcore Is In Very Capable Hands At Sold-Out Electric Ballroom

Once again, we witnessed one of the craziest Hardcore nights of the year. And even though we have already talked about them in the past, here we are again talking about Guilt Trip. This time, though, and finally, they are the main focus with their 2026 Armour Of Angels headline tour.

On a Friday night, at a sold-out Electric Ballroom, straight from Manchester, Guilt Trip brought their Armour Of Angels tour to London, delivering a set full of crushing riffs, relentless rhythms, and the kind of Hardcore energy that leaves little room for standing still.

With a strong supporting lineup featuring Long Goodbye, Justice For The Damned and Judiciary, the night was already shaping up to be a celebration of Heavy music before the headliners even stepped onto the stage.

From the opening moments of One By One, the band’s intentions were clear. Guilt Trip made their presence felt with a mix of punishing guitar work, tight rhythms and vocals that cut through the heavy sound.

The transition into Sweet Dreams was phenomenal, showing once again how the band can balance the urgency of Hardcore with the heavier, groove-driven sound that has become a key part of their identity.

Blood Atonement and Cut From God continued to keep the intensity high, while with Eyes Wide Shut, the crowd went all in, with wild mosh pits and violent two-stepping. It was definitely a lively night from beginning to end.

Guilt Trip’s music thrives on the connection between the band and the audience, and their uncompromising approach naturally fits the atmosphere of a Hardcore show.

Their performance felt direct and unapologetic, built around the kind of energy that makes heavy music such a powerful collective experience.

With Fallen/Surrounded and Angel Eyes, the set continued to progress, and with Severance it kept building towards its second half.

Then came Burn, which saw everyone screaming their hearts out together, followed by Suffer Me and No Love Lost, extending the run of songs that show the band’s understanding of tension and release.

Guilt Trip, the self-titled track, then provided a fitting reminder of the identity the band have built over the years.

The final section continued with Tearing Your Life Away, a track that helped push the set towards its final moments, with a huge circle pit breaking out.

The inclusion of Davidian, a Machine Head cover, added another dimension to the evening, and the final track, Thin Ice, brought the set to a close, leaving the audience breathless.

Guilt Trip proved once again that their strength lies in their ability to turn raw aggression into an electrifying live experience.

With crushing riffs, relentless energy and a sound that hits just as hard on stage, they left the Electric Ballroom with a clear statement. British Hardcore is in very capable hands.
