Sara Harding

WRITER
Sara Harding was born a rock chick. She is one of the UK's leading Music TV producers as well as a renowned creative writer and music journalist. Beginning her career on cult TV shows The Big Breakfast and The Word, Sara went on to produce MTV's Headbangers Ball and Access All Areas, which became global successes.

Sara spent eight years at Kerrang! TV, where she produced shows with Ozzy Osbourne, Guns N' Roses and Slipknot and was then poached by Sky to set up the rock music channel Scuzz.

Her love of writing led her to work with Sir Lenny Henry. A lover of all rock music genres, Sara began writing up music reviews and creating content such as rock star interviews and news by joining MetalTalk, where she currently resides (and loves her MT family).

Her brand new TV series Heavy Metal Heydaze featuring MTV legend Vanessa Warwick is now available on STACCS TV, and her upcoming books My Brilliant Boobs and the Groupie's Guide To The World will be released soon.

Sara loves everything from Machine Head to Alice in Chains, Kiss to Kula Shaker, It Bites to Iron Maiden and is partial to a large lady petrol and her beeloved Brentford FC.
