Glenn Williams is an ex-roadie for lots of NWOBHM bands and others. He somehow ended up as a music journalist in Japan writing for Beatleg and Shinko Publishing and being a local consultant for the history of rock and pop music.

Mendips is the guest house that he owns and runs in Tokyo for touring bands. Glenn has hosted some right nutters there, including Venom, Anvil, Tank and members of Alcatrazz.

His likes include beer, the '50s, '60s and '70s, large parts of the '80s and collecting vintage rock/pop music books.
