Samantha Fish has moved her UK tour to early 2022, with three new dates added including the fabulous KK’s Steel Mill in Wolverhampton.
Samantha told MetalTalk: “It was strange (and ambitious) announcing a tour because we were all locked down fighting this virus. We are still fighting!
“We have had to amend some dates, along with a couple of new shows for our January and February 2022 UK tour, in some amazing venues. I can not wait to get out there and play for you all.”
Samantha’s recent album ‘Kill Or Be Kind’ proved to be her breakthrough album, having earlier established herself as a rising star in the contemporary Blues world.
Samantha says: “I am never going be a traditional Blues artist, because that is not who I am. But it is all the Blues for me.
“When Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf came out, what they were doing did not sound like anything that had been done in Blues before.
“You have got to keep that kind of fire and spirit. I am never going to do Muddy Waters better than Muddy Waters, so I have to be who I am and find my best voice.”
All tickets remain valid. See samanthafish.com/tour for more details.
