Robin McAuley returns reinvigorated with Alive

Irish rock vocalist Robin McAuley will release his new solo album, Alive, on 17 February 2023 via Frontiers. The title track has been released as a single, and the video is available to watch below.

While still melodic, infectious and uplifting, the new single hints that this new album is harder and heavier than his previous album, Standing On The Edge, released in 2021.

McAuley said he felt reinvigorated after recording guest spots on Michael Schenker Fest albums and fronting the hard rock supergroup Black Swan in 2020. Following the release of Standing On The Edge and a second Black Swan album in 2022, work began on Alive.

McAuley is once again backed by guitarist Andrea Seveso, bassist/keyboardist/producer Alessandro Del Vecchio and drummer Nicholas Papapicco.
