Motörhead / Unboxing Bad Magic: SERIOUSLY BAD MAGIC

Motörhead, the Godfathers of Heavy Metal, released their 23rd and final studio album Bad Magic in 2015. Now, on 24 February 2023, the release has a bonus-packed refresh, and MetalTalk’s Paul Hutchings unboxes the Bad Magic: SERIOUSLY BAD MAGIC Limited Edition Boxset.

The Limited Edition Boxset includes two previously unreleased tracks, the recording from Live at Mt Fuji Rock Festival 2015 – Sayonara Folks!, plus an audio interview with Lemmy conducted by Motörhead expert Robert Kiewik during the tour.

The boxset will exclusively contain a Murder One ouija board (complete with the Ace of Spades planchette to spell out the conversation).

Bullet In Your Brain and Greedy Bastards are two previously unreleased tracks that have recently been shared on digital platforms. “Another beauty from the Bad Magic sessions,” says guitarist Phil Campbell of Greedy Bastards, “with Lem’s lyrics hitting our times bang on the head.” The track starts with a spoken word intro from Lemmy and ends with him venomously spitting out the word ‘bastards.’

Bad Magic: SERIOUSLY BAD MAGIC will be released on Double 12″ Vinyl, CD Digipak with Bonus Disc, Limited Edition Boxset, Digital Download and Streaming. The Limited Edition Boxset will contain the CD Digipak with Bonus Disc, Double 12″ Vinyl, exclusive Lemmy War, Love, Death and Injustice audio interview on 12″ vinyl and exclusive edition Motörhead – MURDER ONE Ouija Board and Planchette.

Released on 24 February 2023 through Silver Lining Music and pre-orders are available from https://lnk.to/BadMagic_SERIOUSLYBADMAGIC.
