J-Metal / Bridear release international debut single ‘Daybreak’

Bridear, one of Japans premier Heavy Metal bands, have released the video for their first single ‘Daybreak’, taken from their international debut album ‘Bloody Bride’ which is due out 7 May via Setsuzoku Records.

Lead singer Kimi told Metaltalk: “We are so excited for Bridear’s first international release and look forward to bringing our music to fans across the UK and Europe!”

Formed in Fukuoka in 2012, the band quote Halloween and Muse as influences, with their style combining elements of Progressive Rock, Power Metal with a sprinkling of J-Pop.

Their first full length album in Japan was 2016’s ‘Baryte’ which gained them a fantastic reputation in their home country and soon led to their first European performances.

Bridear performed in London in October 2019 at Maetal Matsuri, the first J-Metal festival outside of Japan.
