Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper will make their UK comeback at the Metal Brew Festival at Barnet Rugby Club on Saturday 15th July.

Steve was taken seriously ill in January this year whilst the band were in Ecuador and this resulted in the Grim Reaper founder having most of his right leg amputated. Since then he has taught everyone the meaning of perseverance and positivity and just six months later is ready to get back on stage.

A hero's welcome is in store for what is set to be an amazing show.

Also on the bill will be the pioneers of Folk Metal, Skyclad and joining them will be the forerunners of UK crust punk, Agnosy, plus doom Metallers Vodun, party stoners The Grudge and Blind Haze with more acts to be added.

Steve Grimmett will be making his stage return with Grim Reaper the day before at the Bang Your Head Festival in Germany on Friday 14th July in what is certain to be an emotional weekend.

In honour of Steve, there is a mouth-watering bill for the Grimm Up North Festival in Bury over the weekend of September 30th to October 1st where a plethora of true Metal bands including Oliver Dawson Saxon, Holocaust, Tytan, Marseille and many more will be raising funds for Steve's spiralling medical and recovery costs.
