Bruce Dickinson's autobiography, 'What Does This Button Do?', is due to be released on Thursday 19th October and the man himself will be appearing at six different branches of Waterstones to meet fans and sign copies of his book.

Bruce will also be appearing at Robinson's Brewery in Stockport, the very place where Trooper Beer is brewed.

Bruce is one of the world's most storied musicians and has been the internationally-acclaimed lead singer of Iron Maiden for more than thirty years, and he's lived an extraordinary off-stage existence too.

A true polymath, Bruce is an airline pilot and captain, an aviation entrepreneur, a beer brewer, motivational speaker, film scriptwriter, twice-published novelist, radio presenter, TV actor and a world-class fencer.

Dates are:
Wednesday 18th October: Waterstones, Liverpool
Friday 20th October: Waterstones, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow
Saturday 21st October: Robinson's Brewery, Stockport
Thursday 26th October: Waterstones, London Piccadilly
Friday 27th October: Waterstones, Newcastle
Saturday 28th October: Waterstones, Leeds
Saturday 28th October: Waterstones, Nottingham

Bruce's solo catalogue will be reissued by BMG on vinyl on 27th October.

The six solo albums span from 1990 to 2005 and have been cut from the original masters for reissue on heavyweight, black 180g vinyl in artworked sleeves. Two of the titles, 'The Chemical Wedding' and 'Tyranny Of Souls', are being made available for the first time ever on vinyl.

The remaining four titles, 'Tattooed Millionaire', 'Balls To Picasso', 'Skunkworks' and 'Accident Of Birth', have been long out of print, with the latter two titles now expanded to double LPs for optimum sound.

As a special bonus to fans, all six albums will also be available in a limited edition 'Soloworks' box.

From the stripped down, hard rock of Bruce's 1990 debut solo album 'Tattooed Millionaire' and its heavier successor, 'Balls To Picasso' (1994), through the cutting edge alt-rock of 'Skunkworks' (1996) and the Heavy Metal celebration of 1997s 'Accident Of Birth' to the modern Metal with a traditional heart of 1998s 'The Chemical Wedding' and final solo foray, 'Tyranny Of Souls' (2005), these six albums are an essential part of Bruce's story outside of Maiden.

All fans who purchase the complete 'Soloworks' box at will receive a double-sided 24" x 36" Bruce Dickinson poster.
