SUICIDE SILENCE ANNOUNCE NOVEMBER 2014 UK TOUR
2 July 2014

Southern California's brutal death-core titans, SUICIDE SILENCE have just announced a UK-wide November Tour.

The band will be playing shows across England as well as Cardiff's Solus and Glasgow's Cathouse rounding the dates off with a Friday night show at London's cherished Camden venue Koko.

The band cannot wait to bring a full tour to the UK:
"UK!!! We love you blokes so much, it's been too long since a proper tour and we couldn't be happier to let you know it's happening soon. Come throw your horns up, bang your heads, or mosh your knickers off!! Whatever it is, just let it happen. See you wonderful humans soon!!" - Mark Heylmun

Support comes from Fit For An Autopsy and Black Tongue, with main support being provided by label mates Thy Art Is Murder. The quintet hailing from Blacktown in Sydney Australia released their crushing sophomore album 'Hate' last year and toured the UK at the beginning of the year to rave reviews:

Suicide Silence played a sold-out show at London's Borderline on Friday 27th June as well as headlining Leeds' annual Ghostfest at the weekend.

They are scheduled to release their brand new masterpiece, 'You Can't Stop Me' on July 14th via Nuclear Blast Entertainment with latest addition to the family, Eddie Hermida, on vocals following the tragic death of original frontman Mitch Lucker in 2012. It's a record they fought, bled, sweated and even cried to make happen. Consequently, it's a record that must be heard.

Most bands will declare their most recent album the "best" they've ever done. Suicide Silence have declared 'You Can't Stop Me' as their most impassioned, most committed and most important release thus far and the critics have agreed.

This opportunity to see two of the most extreme Titans of modern Metal live on the same bill is not one to be missed.

Tickets will be on sale this Friday 4th July.

NOW AEROSMITH FANS CAN HAVE THEIR NAME IN FUTURE COLLECTOR'S ITEM

aerosmith

Here's a fabulous Aerosmith pictorial document as seen through the lens of famed British photographer Tony Mottram. Tony photographed the band over many years for various magazines and now has a monthly column here on MetalTalk.

As was often the case, only one photo ever got published and in the fast moving world of weekly magazines sometimes entire sessions would be done and left undeveloped.

Tony started shooting Aerosmith from towards the end of the period with Jimmy Crespo and Rick Dufay and onwards through the return of original members Joe Perry and Brad Whitford that resulted in the albums 'Done With Mirrors', 'Permanent Vacation' and 'Pump'.

As well as shooting the band several times in England, this collection includes images from a session at the band's rehearsal room in Boston. Littered throughout is a mixture of live and off stage photos including a selection of photos taken at London's famous Marquee club when they were joined on stage by Jimmy Page.

This limited edition hardback book, presented in a flight case and printed on silk paper, is an opportunity to own a unique selection of photos, most of which have never seen the light of day before.
