The album was originally intended to be released earlier. It was finally mixed, and with major interest from several management and record companies everything was set to go when the band were hit with a legal action over the rights to the band name. This, frustratingly, delayed everything for over a year.
To cut a very, very long story short they had failed to renew the name they'd registered since 1980! With the threat of a lawsuit, the band agreed to add (UK) to their name.
Now, founder members Danny Hynes and Jeff Summers are joined by PJ Phillips and Ian Sweeting on bass and drums and are ready to rise from the ashes and set the stage alight once more.
