Scar Symmetry guitar player Per Nilsson comments: "A good chunk of the fan mails we receive daily consist of requests and pleas for us coming back to the UK. So, FINALLY, we can make it official: in May, we'll be back in the United Kingdom for a mini tour of three select cities!

"We haven't played in the UK since our show at 2007s Bloodstock, after which we had probably the most epic aftershow-party ever. One band member - whose identity shall remain undisclosed - were close to getting arrested at the Heathrow airport, early morning, after falling asleep on the floor with his entire face covered with chocolate muffin crumbs.

"All five Scar Symmetry albums will be featured in our UK setlist, so there'll be something for old and new fans alike. Don't miss out on the chance of sharing an epic evening with us, Xerath and Betraeus!"

Wednesday 9th May – Academy 2, Islington
Thursday 10th May – Moho, Manchester
Friday 11th May – Academy 2, Bristol
