Glasgow based Metal band Beckon had a planned show in the city's Pivo Pivo bar cancelled at short notice last week. The show was planned to be their first headline show in their hometown since new vocalist Paul Kelly joined the band, however a loss of power at the venue caused by Scottish Power engineers meant that the gig had to be postponed a few hours before the band were suppost to take to the stage.
The band, completed by guitarists Mark Chorley and Marc Coyle, Lee Hutchinson on bass guitar and Michael Brogan on drums, have now rescheduled the show, under the banner of Beckon’s Christmas Choas, and will now take place at Ivory Blacks in Oswald Street, Glasgow (which won Live Club of the Year at the 2012 Scottish New Music Awards) on Tuesday 18th December.

The rescheduled gig also features special guests: Dirty Rose plus sets from Fall Of Eden and Kingpin.
Doors open at 7:00pm with the first band onstage at 7:30pm. Tickets are still available via Beckon's Facebook page, which can be found here.
