| BREAKING NEWS PAUL DI'ANNO ANNOUNCES HE IS 'PULLING THE PLUG' IN 2013 9th July 2012  Di'Anno: Taking sanctuary from the tour...
Paul Di'Anno has announced that 2013 will be the final year that he will perform. In a statemennt on Facebook this Monday morning, Paul said: "I am gonna be "Pulling The Plug" next year 2013, and making it my "Farewell Tour"... it was good whilst it lasted." Article continues below... It will have lasted for 33 years, since Di'Anno first came to prominence with Iron Maiden in 1980. Since then, the albums, tours, prison sentences and utter madness have continued unabated. There was loose talk of a final solo album earlier this year and whether this goes ahead in light of today's announcement remains to be seen.
