Motörhead have been unveiled as the Sunday night headliners for Bloodstock Open Air 2011 at Catton Hall in Derbyshire from 12th to 14th August.

Lemmy and the boys will bring the event to a close on the Sunday night.

Speaking about their appearance, frontman Lemmy said: "Bloodstock is celebrating 11 years, Motörhead 36 years - Boys and girls, come and see, we will rock your fuckin' ass'. See you at Bloodstock!"

W.A.S.P. have been confirmed as the Friday night headliners and this will be their only UK festival performance in 2011.

Hammerfall and Poisonblack will perform on the Ronnie James Dio Stage, while Byfrost, Deadly Circus Fire and Primevil will play the Sophie Lancaster Stage.

The line-up already boasts Immortal, Rhapsody Of Fire, Devin Townsend, At The Gates and many more.
