I arrive as Laura Wilde is blasting out her first track, 'Show Me Love'. I have to say that after hearing some of her stuff on a certain media channel i thought it was a bit poppy but I was wrong. This young 23-year-old lady is blasting it hard and fast, a very pleasant surprise and she is looking smoking hot.
Highlights for me are tracks 'For You', very ballad driven and filled with emotions as well as 'Sold My Soul' which gets the crowd nicely warmed up for the main attraction.
I would definitely like to see more of Laura Wilde's material in a live show, she gets things going and seems to be full of energy.

Reckless Love hit the stage with 'I Love Heavy Metal' and the venue seems to start to lap it up from the word go. Having heard the new cd 'Spirit' and being not as impressed as I hoped to be, the crowd are enjoying the old and new material tonight.
The newer material in my opinion has more of a pop edge; second track of the set 'Bad Lovin'' gets things moving and the crowd are lapping it up. By the time 'Beautiful Bomb' is being played the party has started, Olli is running around the stage and the band are very hot.
Its difficult tonight for me to see exactly what has happened to the live show over the past three years but I'm not as enthusiastic as I had been previously. Highlights for me personally are the tracks 'Wild Touch', 'Back To Paradise' and 'Animal Attraction'.
There is a good mix of tracks from all three CDs but I just can't seem to get the pop tinged progression from my mind, both from the new CD and from the live show tonight.
The band know how to work the crowd very well, there are fists in the air and people mouthing the words to the songs. Reckless Love are very entertaining and energetic but I'm afraid it just wasn't hittng the home run for me tonight.
